There are NO returns or exchanges on CUSTOM SHOE ORDERS.
Shoe orders placed for shoes on the site but requested in a different size may be returned or exhanged within 10 days of the date you receive your package for credit to your original payment method or exchanged for a different size or shoe.
Returns postmarked after 10 days of your receipt date may be returned to you.
We will only refund the original shipping cost on your order if you received the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. If a wrong item shipped to you is due to a mistake on our part, your returned or exchanged item will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground Delivery. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 5 days from the date you receive your order. Any damage claims made after 5 days will not be accepted.
If you are requesting an exchange for a different shoe, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

**If you purchased a pair of shoes at a vending event, please send questions or concerns to ms.marymacshoes@gmail.com with Your Name, Name of shoe purchased, Event you purchased shoes at, Date of purchase, Type of Purchase (Cash, Credit, or Debit), Reason for return/exchange, and copy of receipt (if available).
Please use the most economical shipping method for your return. Due to security constraints, we are not able to reimburse you for an amount greater than your original purchase amount. There may be instances where stock may not be available for your exchange request. In the event that a no-stock situation occurs, we will refund the purchase price to your original form of payment.
Returns on Clothing
Clothing can be returned in it orginal, UNWORN, condition within 10 days of purchase. Clothing that is on SALE can be returned or exchanged within the 10 day time period.
