Shipping Time
Most in stock shoes already made in a certain size will be shipped out the next business day via USPS upon receipt of the order. All other shoes that you must place an order for have an average turn around time of up to 2 weeks, depending on your order. When you place an order for a shoe you will receive an email confirmation of your order which includes your estimated due date. If at any time this date does not satisfy you and your needs please contact us via email at [email protected] or phone at 678.908.4120 as soon as possible.
All orders will be shipped Standard Domestic, 2-5 business days for U.S. orders & 7-10 business days for international orders, unless otherwise specified at time of order.
Shipping Method
We ship via USPS. If you would like to have your package expedited or insured, or if you would like us to us a different shipping method, or if you need your package by a specific date, or if you would like signature confirmation, please contact us via email at [email protected] or phone 678.908.4120 as soon as you place your order. Additional fees may apply. Ms.MaryMac is not responsible for stolen packages that are delivered to the shipping address provided. All packages over $350 will be shipped via USPS with a signature confirmation required.
- Rush Order is available on most orders. This option is not available for every shoe. Again, the average turn around time for shoes you must place an order for is 2 weeks. If you need your shoes sooner than 2 weeks, this is considered a Rush Order. Rush Orders range in price depending on the rush (how soon you need the shoe) and the details of your order. Typically, the price for a Rush Order is $20-$50 more. If you are needing your shoe sooner than your estimated due date, this Rush Order charge is in addition to your shipping cost. International Orders
Canada residents can purchase shoes directly from www.msmarymac.com. All other countries please call 678.908.4120 if you would like to have an order shipped internationally. Ms.MaryMac is not responsible for lost international orders, custom or duty fees, or any additional fees imposed by your local company or shipping company. Accurate invoices and custom forms will be included with all international orders, including orders shipped to Canada.
